The IPReg Accreditation Handbook seeks to assist Qualification Agencies (such as universities and the PEB) in delivering qualification courses and/or examinations which meet our standards.

The Handbook sets out IPReg’s approach to accrediting the course, or other provision, of Qualification Agencies and outlines the core syllabus for the Foundation Level Qualification.

If you are interested in becoming an IPReg-accredited Qualification Agency, please contact us in the first instance. Should you proceed in making an accreditation application, IPReg will appoint two independent specialist assessors, one a legal education specialist, the other providing professional practitioner input, to review the application and report to the IPReg Board as to whether or not accreditation is recommended. IPReg will recharge to the applicant agency the costs of these assessors and the IPReg office in processing the application.
