The Disciplinary and enforcement guidance should be read in conjunction with the Investigation and Disciplnary Standard Operating Procedure.  The guidance document is to assist attorneys and firms (and those that represent them) as well as those who may be considering making a complaint to IPReg about a regulated person.

IPReg is a signatory to the Tackling Counter-Inclusive Misconduct Statement and will address counter-inclusive behaviours which discourage equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace, through its disciplinary processes.
