The annual report sets out our activities and deliverables over the 2023 calendar year:
- who we regulated and how,
- key facts and figures regarding the regulatory activities undertaken,
- information on regulatory performance,
- the work streams delivered, including those required by the Legal Services Board,
- the programmes of work steered by the Working Groups,
- the attendance of directors at board and working group meetings, and
- income and expenditure – this year, the report’s publication coincides with submission of the 2023 IPReg Limited Accounts which have been independently audited and approved by Board.
The annual report provides information for all stakeholders, including the representative bodies of CIPA and CITMA, IP Inclusive, the Legal Services Board, the Legal Services Consumer Panel, the Intellectual Property Practice Directors’ Group, the IP Federation, the public and users of IP services. It provides transparency to the regulated community about the regulatory activities which their practising fees have funded.
