Pursuant to paragraph 8.2 of Chapter 3 of the Core Regulatory Framework, the following attorneys have made applications for the voluntary removal of their names from the patent attorney register or trade mark attorney register (or both) as specified.
Before granting voluntary removal applications, IPReg is required to undertake any such enquiries as it considers appropriate to ensure that removal of an attorney’s name from the register will not pose a risk to the attorney’s clients, client money or prejudice any investigation.
If any person wishes to provide any information to IPReg in connection with any named attorney below, they should do so by emailing us at info@ipreg.org.uk as soon as possible and in any event before the date noted for removal.
