The Legal Services Board has authorised IPReg's application to keep 2022 practice fees at the same level as the 2021 fees, representing no increase in fees since 2020. The 2021 Practice Fee Regulations which set out the 2022 fees can be found here.
The practice fees are approved each year by the Legal Services Board.
The practice fees for 2022 are shown below. They remain at the same level as for 2021 and 2020. Practice fees for previous years are available on request.
Fees are for the year from 1 January. Fees are not pro rated but practice fees will be waived if an application for registration is received between 1 November and 23 December in each calendar year.
We do not require any additional payment (and nor do we give refunds) if your practice fee type changes during the year or if you resign from the register.
