The practice fees are approved each year by the Legal Services Board.
The Legal Services Board has authorised IPReg's application to increase its 2023 practice fees by 6%. This is the first practice fee increase since 2020.

Fees are for the year from 1 January. Fees are not pro rated but practice fees will be waived if an application for registration is received between 1 November and 23 December in each calendar year.
We do not require any additional payment (and nor do we give refunds) if your practice fee type changes during the year or if you resign from the register.
