IPReg has today published Guidance on the 2017 Money Laundering Regulations and its application to patent and trade mark attorneys. Prepared following Leading Counsel's advice obtained jointly with CIPA and CITMA, the Guidance is designed to help attorneys understand what the Regulations are, in what circumstances they apply and the decision taken on the role of the Supervisory Authority.
