Emma Reeve

Emma is a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney at Stobbs IP Limited (“Stobbs”).  With clients ranging between multinational brand owners and start-up entrepreneurs, Emma is regularly exposed to senior-level discussions on commercial needs and IP strategies in various different organisations. By focussing on her clients’ commercial goals, Emma helps them to navigate the interface between commercial needs and IP to build and protect the value of their IP assets.

She has had numerous articles published discussing the commercial practicalities of recent developments on trade mark and design law, helping to educate businesses on how their brand may be protected or enforced. Emma also presents on trade marks and IP strategy at seminars and events.

Emma further utilises her commercial awareness by contributing to a joint working group between the United Kingdom Intellectual Property Office (“UK IPO”) and Chartered Institute of Trade Marks Attorneys (“CITMA”), the aim of which is to build awareness of intellectual property.
