CPD regulations

The Continuing Professional Development Regulations [2013] set out the requirements in relation to continuing professional development.  Guidance can be found in the “Professional Development” Section.

Please note that courses which lead to a Higher Courts Litigation Certificate or a Higher Courts Advocacy Certificate issued by IPReg are not subject to the CPD cap (“personal study toward professional qualifications”) and can be counted fully.
