FAQ – Basic Litigation Passporting

We’ve had a number of queries recently regarding the Basic Litigation Qualification (the formal name being Intellectual Property Litigator). Attorneys who were registered with us on or before 31st December 2012, were automatically awarded this qualification under the passporting regulation and we have made a note of that qualification in your IPReg Pro Account.
