The next meeting will be on 12 May.

Details of the agreed actions will be published on this page. In the interim:

  • The Solicitors Regulation Authority has announced that it¬†is working on plans to require law firms to publish prices for conveyancing, divorce and private client work.
  • The Legal Services Board Consumer Panel has published a Report outlining key criteria for success, intending that the criteria be the foundations for the new price transparency approach but also warning against “information overload.”
  • IPReg has established a Reserve to support implementation including any necessary additional resource.
