IPReg takes the view that Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys should take measures appropriate to the particular risks that they face, in the light of available and published information – some useful links are included.  The guidance highlights that cybercrime is a constantly evolving threat and that cyber security measures should be reviewed periodically.
